The breakfast spread is excellent, with a good array of options like buckwheat, eggs, and traditional Ukrainian dishes including сырники. Plus, the hotel is conveniently integrated into a shopping mall.

Soundproofing isn't the best. I could hear my neighbor's snoring quite clearly, which didn't make for a peaceful night. The TV sets are outdated, lacking smart features like YouTube or Netflix, and the minibar prices are unreasonable, especially given that some rooms don't have a minibar at all. The air conditioning in some rooms may leave you either freezing or feeling a bit too chilly, leading to discomfort. Noting that some guests have issues with slow room service, it's also worth mentioning that getting to the city center takes around 10 minutes via Uber, which may be an inconvenience for those wanting to explore nearby attractions.

Perfect and fantastic hotel with a terrace bar, everything was nice. The restaurant here was great with excellent food, we both ordered healthy dishes. Had comfortable bedroom and met courteous staff who are friendly and try to provide customer service. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for walking around a modern shopping center. Furthermore, the area was good.

the room is brand-new and great-sized, the stuff are top-class people from the manager of the hotel. it has exceptionally nice and perfect location to see a modern shopping center. besides, we loved the lake, located within 40 mins walk of the property.

Consider requesting a room away from the kitchen to avoid lingering cooking smells during your stay.

It is a brand new hotel with nice rooms and a decent restaurant. What you expect from a four start hotel. Good service.

It is a bit outside the city centre

Very beautiful new hotel with very friendly and smily staff. Amazing breakfast for very attractive price. Very good that hotel provides shuttle bus to the city centre which takes only 15 minutes to get there. The hotel was also busy with the conferences it has huge conference facilities. Good hotel for both leisure and business.

On the upside, the fitness centre was pretty choice!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a wonderful selection, including local dishes. I also appreciated having a fitness center on-site.

The nearby shopping and entertainment mall is a great spot to spend the day. We enjoyed the variety on the menu. Just let the staff know if you prefer spicier food. The customer service was great too!

Getting to the city center can be a bit tricky and takes about 10 minutes via Uber, so be prepared for that. It's not the most convenient for sightseeing, but manageable if you plan your trips well.
